Admission Procedures and Requirements

Graduate School of Business

  • Transcript of Records with remarks “For Further Studies / For Continuing Studies"
  • 2 pcs. 2x2 recent ID Picture
  • PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Contract (for married females only)
  • Baccalaureate Programs

    For New High School Graduates or those who have not enrolled in any subject in College

  • Form 138 and Form 137-A
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the school (from the Principal, Class Adviser or Guidance Counselor)
  • Birth Certificate (PSA Original Copy)
  • Accomplished Online Enrolment Form Link: Click here

  • For College Transfer Students

  • Transcript of Records (or a True Copy of Grades marked “For Evaluation Purposes Only”)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character(College Dean, Guidance Counselor or Dean of Student Affairs.)
  • Honorable Dismissal
  • Birth Certificate (PSA Original Copy)

  • Qualified Voucher Recipient (QVR) Certificate
  • ESC Certification Letter from JHS Principal or ESC IMS(For ESC Grantees Only)
  • Grade 12 Students (Transferees)

  • Grade 11 Report Card
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Certificate of Release of Voucher Program Beneficiary(Format available in the SHS VMS)

  • Old Students Enrolment Procedure

    STEP 1: Send a private message to our Facebook Page.

    Our Enlistment Officers will be available from 9:00AM-3:00PM. Due to our skeleton workforce, please expect that there may be a queue. Rest assured that you will be attended once there is an available Enlistment Officer.

    STEP 2: Follow the instructions of our Enlistment Officer.

    Our Enlistment Officer will ask you some information. Please make sure that you have the following: Student Number, Schedule (Block Section or Free Section).

    STEP 3: Wait for our Enlistment Officer to process your Enlistment and Old Account Agreement (if any)

    Old Account Agreement will be sent upon your discretion if you wish to avail the installment plan for your Old Account last 2nd Semester AY 2019-20. Enlistment Form and Old Account Agreement will be sent in PDF format.

    STEP 4: Pay the Minimum Down Payment using our Online Payment Partners.

    After payment, please send an email to payments@spcba.edu.ph using the following format:

    Subject: ENLISTMENT-Student Number, Last Name First Name
    Example: ENLISTMENT-201S0001-DELA CRUZ, Juan

    Email Contents: Screenshot of Validated Deposit Slip (if PNB Bank Deposit) or Transaction Slip (if Online Payment Partners), Old Account Agreement (if any), Enlistment Form. Failure to pay down payment within 5 working days will mean forfeiture of slots.

    STEP 5: Wait for your Registration Form and Enrolment Contract to be sent via Email

    Your Registration Form and Enrolment Contract will be sent using the same Email you used in sending the Online Payments. Review your Registration Form and wait for announcements on Social Media regarding the activation of your SPCBA Email powered by Google for Education.

    New Students Enrolment Procedure

    STEP 1: Make sure you have at least three (3) scanned copies of your admission requirements.

    Should IATF or our LGU allow the resumption of physical classes, please have these requirements ready for submission. SPCBA will handle your information in compliance to Data Privacy Law.

    STEP 2: Fill out the Online Enrolment Form

    The admission requirements that you will be sending to us and the registration information you filled out means that you allow SPCBA to process the information in compliance with the Data Privacy Law. For our Privacy Policy, please visit http://spcba.edu.ph/Privacy.php

    STEP 3: Wait for our Admissions Officer to send your Schedule and Payment Instructions

    Our admissions officer will verify your admission requirements before we send out your schedule and payment instructions via email. Please expect a call from us should there be some details to be discussed or clarifications with your degree program and schedule.

    STEP 4: Pay the Minimum Down Payment using our Online Payment Partners.
