Rules on the Cheng Eng Teng Scholarship Grant

The Cheng Eng Teng Scholarship Grant entitles the student to the percentage discount on tuition fees only, as indicated on the Certificate furing the semester start that he or she will enroll as Freshman. However, the student may opt to qualify continuously under the Resident Scholarship Grant, up to his/her graduation, by complying the following:

  1. 1. 100% scholarship if the Weighted Average is 1.00 to 1.25 with no grade lower than 1.50 in any subject.
  2. 2. 50% scholarship if the Weighted Average is 1.26 to 1.50 with no grade lower than 1.75 in any subject.
  3. 3. 25% scholarship if the Weighted Average is 1.51 to 1.75 with no grade lower than 2.00 in any subject.

The Certificate of Scholarship is valid only for the first or the second semester of the School Year provided that the student has not yet enrolled in any other college or university as freshman. Certificate is valid only with official seal.
